Installation Instructions
 
Solvent bonding connection method:
Wipe the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe clean, so that there is no moisture or oil stains. Measure the length of the straight pipe that should be inserted into the pipe fitting socket, and mark the mark on the straight pipe.
Put the installation tool (referring to D110 or above), such as the wire tightening machine, into the straight pipe, prepare it, and then apply a thin adhesive evenly on the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion part of the straight pipe. Insert the straight pipe into the pipe socket immediately, and insert the straight pipe into the marked position with the wire tightening machine for 15 minutes.
Flared socket connection method:
Clean up the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube insertion part. Measure the length of the flared part and mark it on the inserted straight tube (the length mark should be appropriately shorter than the measured length). Rotate the rubber ring and place it in the groove of the flared end (the sloped end of the rubber ring is outward). The inserted straight tube end should be chamfered at 15 ° to facilitate smooth insertion. Align the straight tube insertion end with the flared end and insert it, and insert the straight tube into the marking line with a wire tightening machine.
