Our high-performance rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-UH) water supply pipes are expertly crafted using advanced polyvinyl chloride polymer materials, enhanced with essential additives. Featuring an impressive MRS ≥ 25Mpa, these pipes are meticulously extruded and molded to perfection. As a groundbreaking innovation in water supply technology, they significantly elevate the mechanical properties of both the products and their connections, surpassing traditional PVC-U and PVC-M pipes. This advancement ensures superior reliability and durability for all your water transport needs.
The PVC-UH water supply pipe represents a modern leap in engineering, achieved by enhancing the molecular chain structure of polyvinyl chloride. This refinement endows the product with exceptional strength and the ability to withstand high pressure, boasting noteworthy ring stiffness and excellent internal and external pressure resilience. Ideal for pipe gallery installations, these pipes exhibit remarkable toughness, a high modulus, and minimal shrinkage, with more than 45% ring flexibility and superior impact resistance. They adeptly accommodate material stress release due to temperature fluctuations within pipe galleries. Our pipes feature built-in plastic inspection wells that offer outstanding high-pressure sealing performance, ensuring a robust and leak-proof pipeline system. With the benefits of effortless installation, rapid construction, and minimal maintenance costs, these pipes promise a service life exceeding 50 years, offering an unmatched combination of low investment and exceptional cost-effectiveness.

PVC-UH Water Supply Pipe Trench Excavation Standard and Backfill Soil Quality Guidelines
1. Ensure Trench Excavation Adheres to Standards.
To avoid laying pipelines within the permafrost layer, it is essential to determine trench excavation depth based on comprehensive local data analysis. Proper backfill and tamping practices are crucial to prevent pipeline and interface cracking due to bending stress. Therefore, it is imperative that:
(1) Trench Alignment: Maintain a straight trench. The trench's bottom width must be at least 0.5m greater than the pipe's outer diameter, with a minimum total width of 0.7m.
(2) Groove Depth Control: Manage groove depth meticulously. Over-excavated gravel must be backfilled and compacted to the required depth. In areas with hard soil or obstacles like stones, avoid deviating from the planned trench path, as this can lead to construction inefficiencies. Curved trench sections, small radii, or inadequate depth can cause post-laying pipe bends, subjecting pipes, fittings, and joint sockets to bending stress. Rising water pressure can precipitate joint leaks or ruptures in pipes and fittings.
2. Permafrost Foundation Prevention and Pipe Trench Settlement Avoidance: During winter construction, ensure the pipe trench's bottom rests on undisturbed soil or well-compacted backfilled ground. High soil moisture and loose foundations can lead to permafrost melting in warmer months, causing pipe trench foundation settlement. This can result in pipe sagging, bends, joint fractures, and additional stress. Minor issues may cause joint separation and leakage, while severe cases may lead to pipe rupture.
3. Winter Pipeline Bonding Must Follow Regulations
The PVC-UH tube adhesive, primarily composed of PVC-UH solvent, functions by applying adhesive to the socket's inner and outer surfaces. This causes the PVC-UH-polyurethane tube's surface to expand or dissolve, allowing bond formation through extrusion pressure during socket insertion. As the solvent evaporates, the dissolved surface stabilizes into a hard solid, maintaining substrate strength and ensuring sufficient bonding strength to meet pressure requirements.
Adhesive Quantity: Moderate application is essential. Insufficient adhesive fails to ensure sealing or strength, while excess adhesive may flow along the pipe walls post-socket insertion, potentially corroding the pipe and causing wall softening. This increases the risk of cracking during water flow or pressurization. Low temperatures exacerbate this risk, as decreased solvent evaporation rates lead to deeper wall penetration, compromising strength.
Bonding Pipe Construction: Adhere strictly to specification requirements. Ensure a slight overflow of bonding agent from the interface edge post-socket insertion, wiping any excess with a cloth. Apply adhesive from the inside out within the socket to prevent internal pipe wall contamination.
4. Pipes' Thermal Expansion and Contraction
PVC-UH Water Supply Pipe Thermal Expansion Considerations: With a thermal expansion coefficient of 0.07mm (m · ºC), PVC-UH pipes exhibit more significant expansion than traditional pipes. Monitor longitudinal deformation due to temperature variations, especially in surface water-based delivery systems.
The innovative scalability of our rubber ring connecting pipe interface ensures superior adaptability, eliminating concerns about stress-related issues. On the other hand, for bonded pipes, especially those with open interfaces, post-bonding becomes rigid. This rigidity prevents expansion or contraction, which, if unchecked with an expansion joint, can result in substantial stress impacting the pipe or fittings themselves.
Our pipe connection techniques offer versatility, featuring methods like solvent adhesive bonding, the use of elastic sealing rings, and integrated rubber ring connections. Additionally, our pipes can seamlessly integrate with various other pipe types, such as cast iron pipes, through the application of flanges and other suitable adapters.
Efficient Connection Process: Begin by meticulously cleaning the working surface, proceed to apply a lubricant, and then expertly insert the counterpart.
1. Prior to installation, conduct a thorough inspection of the pipes, fittings, and rubber rings. Ensure the working surfaces of the socket and insert are impeccably clean.
2. During the installation phase, orient the socket in alignment with the direction of incoming water to optimize flow efficiency.
3. Generously apply lubricant to both the rubber ring and insertion segment. Apply just the right quantity to prevent excess lubricant from seeping into the socket groove, which could increase friction and potentially cause the rubber ring to overturn. Typically, a mixture of detergent and soapy water serves as the ideal lubricant.
4. Ensure the socket ports are perfectly aligned, maintaining the pipeline axis in a straight orientation for optimal performance.
5. Employ appropriate wire rope sleeves on either side of the socket and use a tightener or hand wrench to pull them firmly into the reticle. For medium-caliber pipes, use square wood to pad the port and gently use a mallet to secure it into the socket.
