Available in common specifications ranging from 110 to 315 mm, these pipes are classified into ordinary and reinforced types. Ordinary pipes are optimal for construction with a burial depth of less than 4 meters, while reinforced types are specifically engineered for trenchless construction exceeding a burial depth of 4 meters, ensuring reliability and performance in diverse conditions.

Installation Instructions

 

1. During transport and construction, ensure that the pipe is handled with care-avoid throwing, impact, scratching, or prolonged exposure to sunlight. 2. When performing hot-melt butt welding, align the axes of the pipes precisely, and ensure that the end faces are cut perpendicularly and flat for a flawless connection. 3. Adjust processing temperature, time, and pressure in accordance with varying climate conditions to maintain optimal performance. 4. To achieve the best results, the minimum bending radius of the pipe should be no less than 75 times its outer diameter.
