Installation Instructions
1. Ensure the pipe remains stable and does not arch within the trench during the laying process. 2. Prior to installation, securely seal the pipe ends to prevent the intrusion of water, soil, or debris. 3. Maintain straight alignment of the pipeline at the trench bottom. 4. Upon completion of laying, promptly connect, seal the pipeline, and secure the entry point of the lead. 5. Use iron wire to bind at specified intervals, adhering to design specifications. 6. If water is present in the trench, ensure it is drained before laying the pipe. 7. During installation, carefully lift the grating pipe to avoid ground contact after navigating under obstacles. Backfill with soil to a depth of 300mm, minimizing exposure of the straight wall pipe to potential damage from human activity or external factors.
