Installation Instructions
Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
First, ensure the utmost cleanliness by thoroughly wiping the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe until completely free of moisture and oil. Accurately measure the length of the straight pipe to be inserted into the socket, and carefully mark this length on the pipe itself.
Equip yourself with the necessary installation tool (specifically for D110 or above), such as a wire tightening machine. Prepare by evenly applying a thin layer of adhesive on both the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion part of the straight pipe. Quickly insert the straight pipe into the pipe socket, ensuring it reaches the marked position. Use the wire tightening machine to secure it firmly in place for 15 minutes, ensuring a solid bond.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Begin by meticulously cleaning both the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube's insertion part. Measure the length of the flared section and make a mark on the straight tube, keeping this mark slightly shorter than the measured length for precision. Properly rotate the rubber ring and fit it into the groove at the flared end, ensuring the sloped side faces outward. Chamfer the end of the straight tube at a 15° angle to ease insertion. Align and smoothly insert the straight tube end into the flared end, using a wire tightening machine to guide it to the marking line for a seamless connection.
