Installation Instructions
Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
To ensure a flawless bond, meticulously clean the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe, ensuring they are free from moisture or oil stains. Accurately measure the length of the straight pipe to be inserted into the socket and precisely mark it on the pipe for a perfect fit.
Position the installation tool, such as the wire tightening machine for pipes D110 or above, securely within the straight pipe. With precision, evenly apply a thin layer of adhesive on both the inner wall of the pipe socket and the section of the straight pipe to be inserted. Promptly insert the straight pipe into the socket, aligning it perfectly with the marked position. Maintain this position with the wire tightening machine for a seamless bond for 15 minutes.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Ensure a flawless connection by meticulously cleaning the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube's insertion section. Measure the flared part's length and accurately mark it on the straight tube (ensure the length mark is slightly shorter than the measured length for precision).
