Installation Instructions
Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
To achieve a seamless and secure connection, begin by meticulously cleaning the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe. Ensure they are free from any moisture or oil stains. Next, accurately measure the length of the straight pipe required to be inserted into the pipe fitting socket. Mark this length clearly on the straight pipe for precision during installation.
With the installation tool ready (specifically referring to D110 or above), such as the wire tightening machine, carefully position it within the straight pipe. Proceed to apply a thin, even layer of adhesive onto the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion section of the straight pipe. Promptly insert the straight pipe into the socket, ensuring alignment with the marked position. Utilize the wire tightening machine to maintain the position securely for a duration of 15 minutes.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Begin by thoroughly cleaning the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer surface of the straight tube's insertion part. Accurately measure the length of the flared section and meticulously mark this on the straight tube to be inserted (ensure the length mark is slightly shorter than the measured length for precision). Rotate the rubber ring and position it in the groove at the flared end, with the sloped end facing outward. Chamfer the end of the straight tube at a 15° angle to aid in smooth insertion.
