Installation Instructions

 

1. Ensure the pipe remains level in the trench to prevent arching. 2. Prior to installation, securely seal both ends of the pipe to obstruct the intrusion of water, soil, and debris. 3. Maintain a straight pipeline alignment at the trench's base. 4. Following installation, promptly connect and seal the pipeline, particularly where the lead enters, to ensure watertight integrity. 5. Adhere to design specifications by binding with iron wire at designated intervals. 6. If water is present, thoroughly drain the trench before commencing pipe installation. 7. When maneuvering the pipe under obstacles, gently raise the grating pipe immediately to avoid any ground dragging. Subsequently, cover with backfill soil up to a depth of 300mm, and limit the exposure duration of the straight wall pipe to prevent potential damage from external factors.
