PVC-UH sewage pipe is a high-performance hard polyethylene pipe for low-pressure sewage drainage. It is a sewage drainage pipe with a rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mixture that meets the standard requirements, extruded and molded with an integrated steel skeleton sealing ring socket structure. PVC-UH low-pressure sewage drainage pipe adopts high-efficiency and excellent heat stabilizer and advanced production technology to ensure the quality of the pipe.

1. It is not affected by any of the following substances, fluids found in ordinary domestic sewage, sewer gases and strong acids produced by the completion of the hydrogen sulfide cycle. Avoid alkaline and acidic corrosion of soil.
2. Maintain performance to prevent corrosion, able to adapt to external current soil conditions, without the need for lining packaging, coating, and cathodic protection.

Installation Instructions

Pipe connection methods are divided into solvent adhesive, elastic sealing ring, and integrated rubber ring connection. In addition, it can be connected to other types of pipes such as cast iron pipes through flanges or other suitable adapters.
Connection program: clean the working face----- brush lubricant ----- counterpart insertion
1. Before installation, first check the quality of pipes, fittings and rubber rings, and wipe the working face of the socket and socket clean.
2. When installing pipes, the socket is generally facing the direction of incoming water.
3. Apply lubricant to the rubber ring and the insertion part. The lubricant should be applied in an appropriate amount to avoid the lubricant flowing into the socket groove and reduce the friction between the rubber ring and the groove wall of the socket, causing the rubber ring to overturn. The lubricant mainly uses detergent and soapy water.
4. The socket ports are aligned and keep the pipeline axis straight.
5. Put suitable wire rope sleeves on both sides of the socket and pull them into the reticle with a tightener (or hand wrench). Medium-caliber pipes can be used to pad the port with square wood and knock into the socket with a mallet.
