Installation Instructions

 

Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
Ensure a seamless connection by thoroughly cleaning the inner walls of both the pipe fitting socket and the ends of the straight pipe. Remove any trace of moisture or oil stains to guarantee a strong bond. Precisely measure the length of the straight pipe required for insertion into the pipe fitting socket, then mark this measurement clearly on the straight pipe.
For a flawless installation of pipes D110 and above, utilize the appropriate installation tool like a wire tightening machine. Begin by applying a thin, even layer of adhesive to the inner wall of the pipe socket as well as the insertion area of the straight pipe. Swiftly insert the straight pipe into the socket, guiding it precisely to the marked position with the wire tightening machine, and maintain this position securely for 15 minutes to ensure a robust connection.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Achieve a perfect fit by meticulously cleaning both the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube's insertion portion. Measure the length of the flared section, mark it slightly shorter on the straight tube for accuracy. Fit the rubber ring by rotating and positioning it into the groove at the flared end, ensuring its sloped edge faces outward. Chamfer the straight tube insertion end to a 15° angle, facilitating a smooth insertion. Align and insert the straight tube into the flared end, using a wire tightening machine to reach the marked line with precision.
