Our high-performance rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-UH) water supply pipes are crafted using advanced polyvinyl chloride polymer materials, expertly blended with essential additives. With a Minimum Required Strength (MRS) of ≥ 25Mpa, these pipes are extruded and molded to perfection. As a pioneering water supply solution, this innovative pipe elevates the mechanical excellence of traditional PVC-U and PVC-M pipes, enhancing both product durability and connection integrity.
The PVC-UH water supply pipes feature a finely-tuned molecular chain structure, bestowing them with exceptional strength and pressure-bearing capacity. Their superior ring stiffness and admirable resistance to both internal and external pressures make them ideal for gallery installations. With remarkable toughness, high modulus, and minimal shrinkage, they boast an impressive ring flexibility exceeding 45%, ensuring robust impact resistance. Engineered for enduring temperature fluctuations within pipe galleries, these pipes employ built-in plastic inspection wells, delivering impeccable high-pressure sealing for an assured pipeline system seal. Enjoy the simplicity of effortless installation and rapid construction with low maintenance costs. Designed for a pipeline system lifespan exceeding 50 years, they present an outstanding low investment yet high cost-effective solution.

Guidelines for Excavating, Backfilling, and Ensuring Soil Quality for PVC-UH Water Supply Pipes
1. Ensure trench excavation meets industry standards
To safeguard against the risks of laying pipelines in permafrost layers, it's crucial to assess local geological data before finalizing the trench depth. This ensures optimal backfill operations, allowing for proper tamping and minimizing the risk of pipeline and interface cracking due to bending stress. The following guidelines should be adhered to:
(1) Trench precision is key; keep the trench straight. The bottom width should exceed the pipe's outer diameter by at least 0.5m, and the total width must not be less than 0.7m.
(2) Maintain exactness in groove depth-avoid being excessively deep or shallow. Over-deep gravel areas should be backfilled and compacted to the designated depth. In areas with hard soil or obstacles like stones, if the trench is inadvertently curved or inadequately deep, it may lead to pipe bending post-installation. Such conditions expose pipes, fittings, and joints to bending stress. Increased water pressure can then trigger joint leaks or even rupture pipes and fittings.
2. Avoiding permafrost foundations and trench settlement is critical. During winter construction, ensure the trench bottom rests on undisturbed, compact soil, or on ground compacted post-backfilling. High soil moisture content with an unconsolidated foundation can lead to permafrost thawing as temperatures rise, causing trench foundation subsidence. This results in pipe bending, joint breakage, and additional stress. Minor shifts may cause joint leaks, while severe cases lead to pipe rupture.
3. Winter Pipeline Bonding: Adhere to Official Regulations
The PVC-UH tube adhesive, primarily composed of PVC-UH solvent, works by expanding or dissolving the tube surface through its application on both the socket's inner and outer surfaces. Upon socket insertion, the surfaces merge under extrusion pressure. As the adhesive solvent evaporates, the once-dissolved surface hardens, retaining substrate strength, thus meeting required bonding strength for pressure conditions.
The adhesive application must strike a balance-not too little nor too much. Insufficient adhesive compromises seal and strength, whereas excess adhesive may travel along pipe walls post-insertion, potentially corroding or softening them, thus leading to cracks during water or pressure application. Cold weather exacerbates this, as slower adhesive evaporation can lead to deeper pipe wall penetration, weakening the structure.
Hence, adhere strictly to specification requirements during pipe bonding. Ensure a slight adhesive overflow at the interface edge upon socket insertion, which should be wiped clean with a cloth. Apply adhesive in the socket starting from the inside outward to prevent it from seeping into the inner pipe walls or fittings.
4. Managing Pipe Thermal Expansion and Contraction
PVC-UH water supply pipes have a thermal expansion coefficient of 0.07mm (m · ºC), greater than traditional pipes. Be mindful of the longitudinal deformation due to temperature differences, especially in systems using surface water as a source.
The remarkable adaptability of our rubber ring connecting pipe interface eliminates concerns about scalability. This unique feature ensures flexibility and reliability, making it unnecessary to address potential expansion or contraction issues. In contrast, bonded pipes, particularly those left exposed, feature a rigid interface post-bonding. This rigidity prohibits expansion or contraction. Without expansion joints, the resultant stress from expansion or contraction can exert significant force on the pipe or fittings themselves.
Our pipe connection techniques are a testament to innovation and versatility, encompassing methods such as solvent adhesive, elastic sealing ring, and the integrated rubber ring connection. Each method ensures a secure and seamless link. Moreover, our pipes boast compatibility with other varieties, like cast iron pipes, achieved effortlessly through the use of flanges or other suitable adapters, offering unparalleled adaptability.
Connection Procedure: Initiate by thoroughly cleaning the working face ----- Apply a generous amount of lubricant ----- Execute precise counterpart insertion for a flawless connection.
1. Prior to any installation, it's crucial to meticulously inspect the quality of pipes, fittings, and rubber rings. Ensure the working face of both the socket and the socket is impeccably clean to guarantee optimal performance.
2. In the installation phase, always position the socket to face the direction of incoming water, ensuring efficient and smooth water flow.
3. Generously apply lubricant to both the rubber ring and the insertion part. It's essential to use the right amount to prevent any lubricant from entering the socket groove, which could potentially reduce friction between the rubber ring and socket groove wall, thus avoiding any overturning of the rubber ring. Detergent and soapy water are the recommended lubricants for this process.
4. Ensure that the socket ports are perfectly aligned, maintaining a straight pipeline axis to facilitate a seamless and efficient connection.
5. Secure suitable wire rope sleeves around both sides of the socket and employ a tightener (or hand wrench) to pull them into the reticle. For medium-caliber pipes, use square wood to pad the port and gently knock it into the socket with a mallet for a snug fit.
