Installation Instructions
 
Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
Begin by thoroughly wiping the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and the ends of the straight pipe until they are completely free from any moisture or oil residues. Accurately measure and mark the length of the straight pipe that is to be inserted into the pipe fitting socket, ensuring precision in the process.
Prepare the installation tool, such as a wire tightening machine (particularly for D110 or larger sizes), by placing it into the straight pipe. Carefully apply a thin, even layer of adhesive on both the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion section of the straight pipe. Promptly insert the straight pipe into the socket, guided by the marked position, and maintain the insertion using the wire tightening machine for a secure fit over a period of 15 minutes.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Ensure both the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube's insertion part are impeccably clean. Measure the flared section's length and mark it on the straight tube to be inserted, noting that the mark should be slightly shorter than the measured length. Rotate the rubber ring and snugly position it in the groove at the flared end, with the sloped end pointing outward. Chamfer the straight tube end at a 15° angle to aid in a seamless insertion. Align the tube for a precise fit, then utilize the wire tightening machine to insert the straight tube firmly up to the marking line.
