Installation Instructions
 
Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
Ensure a seamless and effective connection by first meticulously wiping clean the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket, along with both ends of the straight pipe, eliminating any moisture or oil residues. Accurately measure and mark the length of the straight pipe to be inserted into the fitting socket.
For flawless installation, introduce the installation tool, like the wire tightening machine (notably D110 or above), into the straight pipe. Proceed by applying a thin, uniform layer of adhesive both on the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion section of the straight pipe. Promptly insert the straight pipe into the socket, advancing it to the marked position with the wire tightening machine for a precise 15-minute hold.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Begin by thoroughly cleansing the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the insertion part of the straight tube. Measure the flared segment's length and mark the straight tube accordingly, ensuring the mark is slightly shorter. Securely rotate the rubber ring into the groove of the flared end, ensuring the sloped side faces outward. Prepare the straight tube with a 15° chamfer for smooth insertion. Align precisely and insert the straight tube into the flared end, utilizing a wire tightening machine to reach the marked line.
