Installation Instructions
Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
Thoroughly cleanse the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe to ensure a pristine surface, completely devoid of moisture or oil stains. Measure the precise length of the straight pipe that requires insertion into the fitting socket and make a clear mark on the straight pipe to guide accurate placement.
For installation with D110 or larger fittings, prepare by placing the installation tool, such as a wire tightening machine, into the straight pipe. Evenly spread a thin layer of adhesive across the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion portion of the straight pipe. Promptly insert the straight pipe into the socket to reach the marked position, securing it with the wire tightening machine for a steadfast 15 minutes.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Begin by thoroughly cleaning both the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall where the straight tube will be inserted. Measure the flared section's length and mark this length on the straight tube, ensuring the mark is slightly shorter than the measured length for precision. Position the rubber ring in the groove of the flared end, with the sloped edge facing outward. Chamfer the end of the straight tube to a 15° angle for effortless insertion. Carefully align and insert the straight tube into the flared end, using a wire tightening machine to secure it precisely to the marking line.
