Installation Instructions
Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
Ensure optimal performance by thoroughly cleaning the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe, eliminating all moisture and oil stains. Accurately measure the length of the straight pipe to be inserted into the socket and clearly mark this measurement on the straight pipe for precise installation.
For installation involving D110 or larger tools, such as the wire tightening machine, follow these steps: Insert the chosen tool into the straight pipe to prepare it. Uniformly apply a fine layer of adhesive on the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion section of the straight pipe. Insert the straight pipe swiftly into the socket, ensuring that it reaches the previously marked position. Secure it with the wire tightening machine for a firm, reliable fit, allowing it to set for 15 minutes.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Begin by meticulously cleaning both the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube's insertion part. Accurately measure the flared section's length and make a mark on the straight tube, ensuring it is slightly shorter than the measured length for precision. Position the rubber ring by rotating it into the flared end's groove, with the sloped edge facing outward. To aid smooth insertion, chamfer the end of the straight tube at a 15° angle. Align and insert the straight tube into the flared end, and then secure it to the marking line using a wire tightening machine for a perfect connection.
