Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
Begin by thoroughly cleaning the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe, ensuring they are completely free from moisture or oil stains. Measure and mark the precise length of the straight pipe that needs to be inserted into the fitting socket, ensuring accuracy for a perfect fit.
Utilize an installation tool such as the wire tightening machine (recommended for pipes D110 or above). Carefully insert it into the straight pipe, making sure everything is ready for installation. Next, apply a thin, even layer of adhesive on the inner wall of the pipe socket and on the insertion part of the straight pipe. Immediately insert the straight pipe into the pipe socket, using the tool to guide it precisely to the marked position. Keep the wire tightening machine engaged for 15 minutes to ensure a secure bond.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Start by cleaning the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube's insertion part. Measure the flared part's length and make a mark on the straight tube, ensuring the mark is slightly shorter than the measured length for optimal insertion. Carefully rotate the rubber ring, placing it snugly in the groove of the flared end, with the sloped end facing outward. Chamfer the inserted end of the straight tube at a 15° angle for seamless insertion.
