Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
Begin by thoroughly wiping the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe to ensure they are free from moisture and oil stains. Accurately measure the precise length of the straight pipe that needs to be inserted into the pipe fitting socket, making a clear mark on the straight pipe for guidance.
Place the appropriate installation tool, such as a wire tightening machine for sizes D110 or above, into the straight pipe. Prepare the setup by evenly applying a thin layer of adhesive on both the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion part of the straight pipe. Quickly proceed to insert the straight pipe into the pipe socket, ensuring it reaches the marked position. Utilize the wire tightening machine to firmly hold it in place for a duration of 15 minutes, securing a strong bond.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Thoroughly clean the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube insertion part to ensure optimal contact. Measure the flared section's length, marking this on the inserted straight tube with a slightly shorter length than the measured one for precision.
