Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
Ensure a flawless connection by meticulously wiping the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe to remove any moisture or oil stains. Then, accurately measure and mark the length of the straight pipe intended for insertion into the pipe fitting socket. This careful preparation ensures a perfect fit every time.
Prepare for seamless installation by inserting the installation tool, such as the wire tightening machine (specifically for D110 or above), into the straight pipe. Once prepared, evenly apply a thin layer of adhesive on both the inner wall of the pipe socket and the corresponding insertion part of the straight pipe. Swiftly insert the straight pipe into the socket, precisely aligning it to the pre-marked position. Secure the fit with the wire tightening machine for a full 15 minutes, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Begin the connection process by cleaning the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube's insertion part thoroughly. Precisely measure the flared part's length and mark it on the straight tube, keeping the mark slightly shorter than the measured length to ensure optimal fit. Carefully rotate and position the rubber ring into the flared end's groove, with the sloped end facing outward.
